Even though things look a little different this year, we are still learning, discovering, and enjoying school! Valley Forge Kinder House has implemented several daily health and safety measures to keep students and staff safe in the classroom.
How We’re Keeping Students Safe
Nothing is more important than keeping our students, their families, and our staff safe and healthy. Each night classrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and fogged in preparation for students to arrive the next day. Temperatures are checked before entering classrooms, hands are washed throughout the day, and masks are worn.
Students still have the opportunity to choose what they want to work on in the classroom, and teachers help them set it up to keep children socially distanced. When a student is done with their work, the materials and surfaces are cleaned by a staff member with wipes or a UV light. We are fortunate that each of our locations has a large outdoor space so we bring the classroom outside and even eat lunch outside when we can!
We are committed to providing a safe, caring, and supportive learning environment.
