On October 23rd, the Upper Elementary students took the school’s donations to Cradles to Crayons, an organization in Philadelphia that assists low-income children ages 0-12. The students enjoyed sorting toys into various bins to be placed in a “kid pack” that will go to a child in need, and they also had fun creating encouraging cards to go into the kid packs. It was an inspiring time for these students and afterwards they participated in a discussion about how fortunate they are to have all that they do. Thank you for your donations, everyone!
