Our class had such a wonderful time at the Mill at Anselma on Tuesday. The children learned about how wheat can be made into flour. They also saw and helped make cornmeal from corn kernels that they actually helped grind! They enjoyed seeing how the water from the holding pool went through the pipe to make the huge water wheel turn. Thanks so much to all of the many parents (and grandparents) that drove and chaperoned. We all had a great time!
