Our gardens are beautiful, showing all the hard work of last year. Everyday is a special treat for all of the students and staff to see the flowering of the spring bulbs.
If any parents who would like to help out with the gardens this year please contact Mrs. Smith or Mrs. Fine. We are planning on offering gardening to our students again on Tuesdays and Thursdays, weather allowing for about an hour each day. Please keep in mind that gardening is just like any other activity the students might choose as a choice of work off the classroom shelves. This is an opportunity for your child to experience and learn from. Not every student is always as interested in gardening everyday, so we want to offer it as a free choice and not something they have to do if they don’t want to. I want to thank all of the parents who volunteer for this wonderful opportunity to help out our students in advance for they truly love having you visit the school and share this experience with them.
