Our Primary Class visited the Frog Hollow Farm owned by the Whiting Family. Luke and his mom, Bobbie, personally gave us a tour of the farm where 400 free-range chickens abound. The children had the chance to gather eggs, some of which were taken straight from under the chickens. It was such a treat. What’s even cooler is that the eggs we got were of different color hues: brown, white, pink, green and blue. Luke also introduced the other animals in the farm – their 2 dogs whose only job is to take care of the chickens, sheep, which the children ran with and Cici the goat, which the children really enjoyed petting.
We all had a fantastic time! Thank you for having us!
