Toddler and Extended Care Enrollment Agreement

Terms of Agreement
» I/we will update the emergency contact / parental consent form information whenever changes occur or every 6 months at a minimum.
» There is a late fee of $12 per hour for Kinder Kammer programs.
» There is no reduction in fees for missed days.
» Full Day Kinder Kammer will be provided on the dates marked as Kinder Kammer Days on the Academic Calendar, if there is great enough need (4 children or more).
» Full day Kinder Kammer will be offered on the Teacher In-Service Days & Parent Teacher Conference Days.
» $60 per Kinder Kammer day will be charged for each student that attends.
» In the event of cancellation or early closing of school due to inclement weather there will be no Extended Care Programs.
» Extended Care may be changed or dropped without incurring a penalty from VFKH.
» Those enrolled in Kinder Kammer I or II may enroll in Early Bird at no additional cost. This does not apply to extra hours for students who do not formally enroll.
