Dear Parents,
The children have been very interested in how snow is made. We have been discussing a variety of topics about the weather these days. Speaking of snow, for those students who stay for lunch, recess, afternoon class and after school hours I would greatly request that your child please bring in an extra pair of socks and pants to change into if needed. The snow has been rather wet and is starting to absorb through the snowsuits a bit.
If your child has a pair of (non-character-Disney or TV) slippers that they would like to wear in class please feel free to send them in. It is very common for the children to walk around the room using their inside walking feet in their socks but slippers would work just as well.
I hope you are all enjoying this delightful weather and have the opportunity to go outside everyday for just a little bit of fresh-air or a special playtime in the snow.
