This year, we had another very successful Halloween Parade and Fall Fest. We had the cooperation of beautiful cool weather, which made our celebration a very pleasant.
The children came in with very creative and charming costumes which they paraded happily and proudly. After the parade, was a whole load of fun, starting with a rotation of activities. They had Apple Bobbing, Magnet Making, Picture Frame Making, Bean Bag Toss and Pin the Nose on the Pumpkin. It was a real treat for them to bring home special crafts that they made which will help them remember this special day. The Obstacle Course was heart pumping. Although it wasn’t really a race for the children, it was so exciting to try to jump, walk, go through a tunnel and run around their parents. Another entertaining event was having dads turn into scarecrows. It was hilarious! It was all for good fun! The children couldn’t stop talking about it afterwards!
