Primary and Elementary Enrollment Agreement

Terms of Agreement

1. An Advance Tuition of 10% is due with the Enrollment Agreement and will be credited to the student’s account for the above school year. The receipt of this payment and the signed Enrollment Agreement constitutes a contract that the student will attend VFKH Montessori School as noted above unless written notice of withdrawal is given prior to July 1, 2023. In all cases, the Advance Tuition is non-refundable.

2. In accepting this Enrollment Agreement, the signee accepts responsibility for the full year tuition. If you move out of the area, you may be entitled to be released from the obligations of the agreement. Advance notice of at least one month must be given prior to withdraw. Parents will be responsible for one month’s tuition beyond the withdrawal date. This allows the school time to fill your child’s spot.

3. A Late Fee will be assessed when a payment is not received by the 5th of the month of 1.5% and reoccur each month until the balance is paid.

4. The banks return check fee will be added to all payments returned by the bank unpaid.

5. Parents agree to follow and adhere to the policies, as well as, rules and regulations of the School as set forth in the Parent Handbook, and such other rules and regulations as may be promulgated hereafter by the School.

6. The parent understands that failure and/or refusal to comply with the policies established in the Parent Handbook places in jeopardy the child’s privilege of attending the School. The School reserves the right to refuse admittance to any child/family that does not cooperate with the policies established in the Parent Handbook.

7. VFKH Montessori School reserves the right to terminate this contract (1) if the student’s behavior or lack of cooperation is deemed unacceptable, (2) if tuition payments are overdue, (3) if in the opinion of the School, the further attendance of the pupil would not be in the best interest of the pupil or the School.
